Beta Registration Terms
Last updated: 2026-07-11 · DRAFT — pending owner and legal review. Magyar változat: Béta regisztrációs feltételek. These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service while the Service (or a feature) is marked beta.
1. What "beta" means
The Service is under active development. Features, pricing tiers, report formats and the API may change, break, or be removed without notice. Availability is best-effort: no SLA, no uptime or delivery-time promise. Reports keep the same sourcing standard as the stable service, but tooling around them (delivery, dashboard, alerts) may be incomplete.
2. Beta accounts & test data
- Registration is by email with double opt-in (you confirm via the link we send).
- Data you submit during the beta (queries, feedback, test submissions) may be processed in sandbox systems and may be reset or deleted when the beta ends or migrates — we announce resets to registered users by email where feasible.
- Payment during the beta (where offered) is a real charge under the Terms of Service refund rules, unless the checkout is explicitly marked "sandbox" (sandbox orders are never charged).
3. Feedback
Feedback is voluntary. By sending it you let us use it to improve the Service without obligation or compensation; we don't identify you publicly without your consent.
4. Ending the beta
We may close the beta programme, migrate accounts to the stable service, or terminate beta access at any time. You can leave at any time by deleting your account (see Privacy notice for data deletion). If a paid feature is discontinued during a period you already paid for, we refund the unused portion pro-rata.
5. Beta-specific limits
- Free tier: max 3 Quick Scans / day (fair-use; limits may change).
- The research library grows continuously — an "unknown" verdict means "not vetted yet", not "safe".
- The API is a preview; contracts (report-schema v1.0) are versioned, but endpoints may move.
Consumer-protection information — NOT investment advice, not an offer, not a legal accusation. A “red flag” is not proven fraud.
